            Rental Delivery Policy:

            We (SC Portable Restroom) offer the availability to deliver your rental items to your location. This delivery fee does not mean we will set up or tear down the Fort Wayne porta potty rental. When we arrive, we will drop your rental items off twenty feet from the truck. If it is an excess of twenty feet please call us as there may be an additional charge. This twenty feet does not include going up more than five stairs. However, if you would like us to set up and tear down the rental porta pottys each rental item will have the option to have a set up and tear down fee. This fee varies per rental item. As a customer you can pick and choose what event rental or wedding rental items you want set up and torn down.

Your contract will not transfer, but instead receive a Gift Certificate to Summit cCity Rental for 25% of the deposit amount. We do this as pricing changes (good/bad), fuel increases/decreases, and other amounts. As we can all remember 2021 post pandemic and the unbelievable employee shortage and rising fuel costs.

            What is the down deposit or security deposit:       

First, we (SC Portable Restrooms) do NOT require any security deposits. However, we do require a retainer. So, what is the difference between down deposit and retainer?

We do require a retainer for any Fort Wayne porta potty rental. Our retainer is 50% of the rental amount and is NON-REFUNDABLE. That means the 50% you put down is part of the total and NON-REFUNDABLE.
