The 5-Stall Restroom Trailer steps up to 3 women’s stations and 2 men’s stations, a 200-gallon fresh water tank, and a 520-gallon waste tank — built for larger weddings, festivals, and multi-day job sites where the trailer needs to go longer between service visits.

What Increases the Trailer Size You Need

The guest count is only the starting point. A few other factors can push you up to the next trailer size:

Alcohol service. Guests who are drinking use the restroom significantly more often. If you are serving beer, wine, or a full bar, size up using the "With Alcohol" column above.

Event length. Our guidelines assume a standard 4-6 hour event. A wedding that runs from an afternoon ceremony through a late-night reception, or a multi-day festival, will need either a larger trailer or a mid-event service visit.

Uneven gender ratios. Women typically need more time per visit than men, so an event skewing heavily toward one gender (a bridal shower, a men’s golf outing) may benefit from a size up even at a lower total guest count.

Older guests and children. Weddings and family reunions with a wide age range tend to see more frequent restroom visits than a young, all-adult crowd.

Booking Timeline & What to Expect

Restroom trailers are one of our most popular rentals, especially during wedding season (May through October). We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for a standard event, and 2-3 months out if your date falls on a busy summer or fall weekend. Construction and long-term job site rentals can typically be scheduled with less notice.

Every trailer needs a few things on-site to run properly: a dedicated 120-volt/20-amp power circuit within 50 feet (a quiet 3500-watt generator is available to rent if power is not available), and a garden hose water connection nearby (or our on-board water option for an additional cost). The trailer can be placed on stone, asphalt, or gravel at no extra cost; placement on grass carries an additional fee. Please note trailers cannot be placed behind a locked gate, since our team needs access for delivery, pickup, and any servicing during your rental.

Delivery, Setup & Servicing

Our team handles delivery, leveling, and hookup so your trailer is fully operational before your event starts. For multi-day rentals and construction sites, we offer scheduled servicing to keep tanks, supplies, and cleanliness in top shape throughout your rental period. When your event wraps up, we handle pickup — no cleanup required on your end.
