Construction Porta Potty Rentals in Fort Wayne
Job site restrooms with weekly service for contractors and builders
Summit City Rental keeps job sites across Fort Wayne, Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio stocked with clean porta potties, hand wash stations and restroom trailers, with weekly servicing so your crew isn’t stuck with a full unit. From a single-home build to a commercial project with a big crew, we’ll set you up and keep you running.
How Many Units Your Crew Needs
OSHA’s construction sanitation rule (29 CFR 1926.51) sets the minimum: a crew of 20 or fewer needs at least one toilet; 20 or more workers need one toilet seat and one urinal for every 40 workers; and 200 or more need one toilet seat and one urinal for every 50 workers. Most contractors go above the minimum on busy sites to keep lines short, and add a hand wash station so workers can wash up before breaks.
Units and Service
Standard porta potties are the workhorse on most sites. Add an ADA-accessible unit when you need one for accessibility or more room inside. For long projects, office trailers and superintendent areas, a restroom trailer with a holding tank and fresh water and waste hookups gives you real bathrooms on site. Every job site rental includes regular servicing: pumping, cleaning and restocking paper and sanitizer. Need extra service during a big pour or a busy week? Just call.
Placement and Year-Round Work
Put units on level ground, close to where the crew works, and where our service truck can reach them every visit. Keep them out of the way of equipment, deliveries and grading. We service job sites all year, including winter; see our winter job site guide for cold-weather tips. Read more in our construction restroom guide, and call for job site pricing.
