As a non-profit business events can be stressful because most of the work and coordination is left up to the board members and volunteers. The wall was delivered and set up just as i was told it would be, and placed to my specifications. all correspondence was polite and easy. the Sticky Wall was the hit of our party. everyone had fun whether watching or bouncing. thanks for helping me create some great memories! i have another graduation party in 2 years and will definitely be using your services again.

Just called and spoke with person on phone about getting a port on John for an event I’m having this weekend. Got price and was asked to book. Explained I wanted to get a few more quotes and person rudely said he wasn’t going to help me and find a port a John elsewhere.

What do folks do in a port-a-pot? What do other folks do in a port-a-pot that ignore common sanitary habits? Disgusting! WHY would you even consider renting a portable toilet WITHOUT HAND SANITIZER? It's an extra cost? Did you ask if the client would like to properly disinfect their hands once they used the toilet? For a mear $10 a month? Is your profit margin so small that you are willing to jeopardize my health?

Jason was amazing. I greatly appreciated that he was willing to take instant feedback from the group to keep them dancing, he took requests, and he was an enormous help to me with running the night by giving me the 5 minute warnings for raffles - he knew that I was preoccupied with saying hi to guests and took the time to do that. You guys were great!

Words will never express how thankful we are to have gone with your company for our wedding rentals! Everyone warned me about rain in June at a completely order venue but couldn't be deterred. Thankfully the owner of your company convinced us a tent might be nice for just in case & let us know he wasn't trying to upsell but rather ensure we were 100% good to go bc it was graduation season so if we didn't put it on our order at the time we placed it, there would be a good chance we wouldn't get one last minute on a Friday in June! THANK YOU FOR TELLING US THIS BC GENUINELY YOU CHANGED THE DAY ENTIRELY BY THIS ONE SUGGESTION!!!! To make matters even crazier, it didn't rain on our wedding day (but the tent was perfect for shade for our older family members & those with kids) but the night before aka the night we set every single chair and table up in preparation a huge tornado came through and by the grace of GOD only one chair was slightly fallen but everything else was exactly as we'd left it. The tent however, suffered serious damage & when we called and told the company, they came out and fixed it for free within an hour!!!!!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you so so SO S00000 much Summit City Rentals! You were THE BEST! We rented 80 chairs/cushions, 18-20 various sized tables, sound equipment & a tent and every single item was amazing!

I appreciate the prompt response and on top of that delivery of the 4 stall trailer…our company did not have water last Thursday morning due to a main water line break at our plaza and within 1.5hrs we were able to service staff and guests with a restroom again! We had ordered them for our outdoor wedding event and we paid over $1,000 for the 2 restroom trailer porta potty with a generator. They placed it in the correct area and the water worked fine. When it arrived it had urine stains in the toilet and the soap and paper towel dispensers were empty. We had the generator hooked up and running but the electricity was not working and my guests had to use the restroom in the dark.

Summit City Rental is a great company to rent anything you may need for an event or party. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly and I would recommend their services to anyone! Eric and his staff are friendly, punctual, and very professional! At all of the events that I utilized their services, they took care of setting up well ahead of time, and tearing down quickly and efficiently as well. Summit is one company that I will be utilizing again in the future for any of my event needs!

It was a pleasure doing business with Eric. He always returned my calls or texts or emails. When I wanted to make changes to my order, he completely accommodate. I planned everything for my daughter's wedding. I dealt with a few vendors that were very disappointing. I never felt worried about my working relationship with EMS.
